South Land Park is the neighborhood directly south of land park. The homes tend to be ranch style and mid-century modern, larger and more recently built than in land park. The area has a very suburban feel, with fewer restaurants and attractions but with the added comfort of larger lots and a quiet, peaceful vibe. South Land Park has easy access to the fantastic Otto’s Marketplace, a Japanese grocery store, as well as the popular sprouts. This area has a number of Japanese and Chinese food options nearby as well as casual boba tea cafes. The highly rated Sutterville Elementary School is the neighborhood public school.
